Where did that come from?

Reed had an extremely runny nose when he came in from playing outside. Here's how the conversation went:

Scott: "Where did all that snot come from"? (As he's wiping Reed's nose.)
Reed: "I don't know."
(pause)
Reed: "Oh! I know. My nose."

(It really was funny when it happened.....)
